Everything you need to know about Ontario course matching, OCT teacher vetting, Stripe CAD escrow, and our 12-hour cancellation policy.
You can reschedule or cancel any scheduled 1-on-1 lesson up to 12 hours before the start time with a 100% full refund back to your original payment method. Cancellations within 12 hours of the lesson start incur a 50% hold fee to fairly compensate the educator.
All approved tutors are categorized by official Ontario Ministry course codes (e.g. MHF4U Advanced Functions, MCV4U Calculus, ENG4U English, SCH4U Chemistry). They use official Ontario textbooks, unit rubrics, and past exam problem sets aligned with Growing Success assessment guidelines.
